Hurrrahhhhh!

Best email of the morning:

George has returned home.
Don't know where he has been. Suspect he was hunkered down in the neighborhood. He was not ragged or matted. Who knows?
Hallelujah.

P.S. Thank you everyone for forwarding, reposting and just for CARING. We are all so relieved that her brother is home. This happened on Thursday around midnight, so we were wrong ... he was gone for way too long!

That is good news. We just got off chat and Asta Oz was telling us about the fires down under. As of yesterday Charlie & Opy were okay. We intend to follow this story pretty close.

COOL. What a relief. My Auntie PIta's old German Shepherd used to go visiting if the garage door was left open. When she was old, her hind legs started to go and she was always really skinny, and she found a guy around the corner who would feed her hot dogs. He thought she was abandoned or abused, especially since there was a period of time where she figured out how to escape from her home and would go visit him every day.

She would drag her poor skinny hindquarters to visit her hot dog friend, who was about to call animal control on Auntie Pita (her name and # were on her collar) until Auntie Pita figured out what her dog was doing and met Hot Dog Guy and told him that he'd been punk'd! By a 14-year old dog.

Hopefully that's all George has been doing!
