motorcycles and monday mornings

Madison was very wound up last night because she had a quiet day with the teen-human. They were fine all day, but we paid the price yesterday evening, with too much energy and no where to put it. H-Mom and Man-dad participated in the Toys for Tots run yesterday, so it was a long day away. The teen-human did a great job with Madison, though, they had no problems all day.

So this morning, the most important thing on the agenda, after walking to get the Teen-human's school bus, and then saying goodbye to Man-dad and then making the bed, was to get to the dog park. Madison was so excited she could barely contain herself, and shot out of the car like a rocket. At the park, she ran in crazy circles. Played with her pup-pals. Coursed the agility equipment all by herself. She needed the outlet!

Then she decided that the best way to cool off was total immersion.

The water was clear before Madison flopped out in it. Everyone laughed - it looked like her color was coming off!

wow a day at the dog park? Sounds fun! That water is real dark Madison, are you sure your color isn't coming off?

It sounds like you're my soul sister, Madison! I too get incredibly wound up if I don't get enough running in every single day! I'm glad you got to go to the dog park, and the "spa" afterwards looks like a lot of fun!

That is very funny. Was Madison dirty? Or is it just all Madison in the pool.

Madison!

You are an ambassador of love and giant-ness! How fun that your relative will be heading up to NJ because you were just being you.

I LOVE the flyer your mama printed. My girl always gets looks from people in the small town where we live when she stoops to scoop our poop when we're out walking, but she's trying to be responsible.

Too bad you can't transfer some of your color if you wanted to. Stella, my sissy, would like to have a darker saddle since hers is grizzle. We love her just the way she is, but she likes to experiment!

Glad the dog park did it for you!

Goober love,
Stanley

Puppy zoomies are so fun! In fact, Clara Bow decided they were so fun that she decided to keep on being a puppy for several more years just so she could zoom around and have a blast.

It *does* look like her color is running....What a crazy pup!
